Are you ready to vote for your favorite FSM Congressional Candidate? The FSM National Election Commission website has published the appropriate forms and timeline for FSM citizens to vote in the FSM Congressional Elections on March 5, 2019. Please click on the links below to download and print the appropriate forms to use and revisit this website for the Chuuk State Elections forms to vote “NO” on the Chuuk Secession referendum.

Voter Registration Application Form for March 2019

  • Register to vote for the first time; must be 18 years old on or before March 5, 2019 or
  • Re-registration to vote or
  • Changing State and/or Election District of registration or
  • Changing name of registration

Absentee Ballot Request Form for March 2019

  • Absentee ballot by mail – Deadline: January 22, 2019
  • Absentee ballot for Special Polling Places (SPP) – Deadline: Feb. 2, 2019
  • Absentee ballot prior to Traveling – Deadline: March 4, 2019
  • Absentee ballot for Voting at Another Polling Place (VAAPP) – Deadline: February 25, 2019
  • Absentee ballot for Mobile Polling Place (MPP) – Deadline: March 4, 2019
